The goal is to establish a training program addressing the needs of each team in order to improve their performance in competition. Whether increasing the athlete's ability to get on base or steal a base in baseball, improving offensive and defensive maneuverability in football, or improving your relay's stick hand-offs around the track, all teams can improve their performance dramatically by focusing on their athletes' speed and technique.
Adult fitness training is ideal for the adult that is looking to improve their fitness level and enjoys training like an athlete and feeling energetic and fit. Training programs are developed individually based on current level of fitness as well as health and fitness goals. Each session is 1 hour, and prices vary based on the number of sessions purchased.

Sessions are conducted via video conferencing with audio coaching and support during your training session. This option requires use of wireless earphones and cellular capabilities to maximize outcomes. Each session is 1 hour, prices vary based on number of sessions purchased.
BWPT offers discounted monthly rates for the committed athlete looking to train consistently throughout the year or during off season. Frequency and consistency reduce the risk of injury and accelerates progress toward training goals. Athletes can select to train 2 times per week or 3 times per week for a lower monthly cost. Payment is due during the first training session of the month. This option requires a minimum of a 3 month commitment.
